No B.S. dealership I had been looking for a few months for a Van. I narrowed it down to a few that were very similar. I inquired online and Jim (the internet sales manag I had been looking for a few months for a Van. I narrowed it down to a few that were very similar. I inquired online and Jim (the internet sales manager) was the first to call me. I told him that I wanted an out the door price, he said he would get the numbers and get back to me. This was not like the other dealerships that just wanted to know I soon I could stop by so we could "talk". Jim sent me an email the same day and I liked the numbers, I told him I wanted to pay tax,title, and license upfront and I would finance the rest through my bank, so he broke it down accordingly. When I got to the dealership I asked for Jim and we shook hands and he passed me over to John Montgomery (the salesman) and I was thinking this is where actually price comes into play. We take the test drive the van is all that it was supposed to be, I say I'll take it and we go to John's office to do some paperwork. To my surprise he broke out the same number Jim gave me over the phone. We didn't have to haggle over price for this van was already 2000.00 lower than the other van I was looking at with 4000 more miles. I showed the email Jim sent me and the breakdown that we discussed. He asked what rate my bank was offering and said if we could beat it would I finance through them. I said of course but my bank has always given me good rates, to my surprise they managed to beat it. Thank you John!!! Next I meet with Ryan Sitter and he broke down the numbers even further so I knew exactly how much I was paying for what. He gave me some additional options that made logical sense, I'm not much for warranties but my 2015 van is covered like it was a new vehicle for the next 5 years, with roadside assistance and free rental car if necessary. So overall I was really pleased with everyone I dealt with in the process and I got the van I wanted with a bumper to bumper warranty for less then I had budgeted for and I couldn't be happier. It's been a week since my purchase and I still feel the same. Thanks Jim, John, and Ryan. See you in 5 years More
