I called them literally 3 minutes before they closed and they were extremely patient, friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I scheduled time to see a car and they were proactive and reached out to me first and made sure they were available for me. From the moment Nohe introduced himself and a couple of hours later with a car in hand, it was a positive experience. He took me for a test drive, showed me and taught me about all the features with the car and made sure it was to my satisfaction. I had a car that I was trading in. It was over 10 years old, with the check engine light on, but they still gave me a great deal. They are of course, interested in selling me a car, but definitely not the sleazy sales type at all. I was seriously dreading to buy a car. But Nohe made the experience fun and very happy with the car. Seriously...this should be your first place to find a car...and it will absolutely be your last because they are awesome!!! More

From beginning to start, my experience with Jim and Quan, was delightful and pleasant. I have to admit, I am a hustling and wheeling type of character that definitely lives up to my name but these guys were was delightful and pleasant. I MET WITH NOHE ARROYO AND JIM GALBRAITH AND I TEST DROVE A SILVERADO, TRAVERSE, MALIBU AND FINALLY THE 2013 EQUINOX LS. NOHE WASS PATIENT, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS BUT I DIDNT FEEL ANY PRESSURE AND LEFT WITH ALOT TO THINK ABOUT. Shopping for a car is not something that I looked forward to, you know the old story of the car salesman. From the beginning, via the internet, Jim Galbraith was supportive and welcoming. He turned me over to Joe Grahovec in used cars. Joe is an experienced salesman and knew right away what I was looking for, money to spend, and service that I needed in the future. Since, my husband has Alzheimers Disease, I am the sole decision maker, this is not fun. But Joe put me at ease, was funny, informative, and all around a very good salesman. I bought the Equinox and I feel that it was a very good decision. Everyone at Advantage Chevrolet has been overly helpful, I will have all of my service work done there as well as any other type of questions that I might have along the way. I always dread buying a car. The perception going in is that "I am going to get ripped off." Previous dealerships confirmed my fears. When I went online to Advantage Chevrolet's website I really liked being able to search for the car I was looking for and found their pricing to be very competitive. Jim Galbraith was very helpful without being pushy. Once at the dealership Byron Mendoza could not have been more helpful, knowledgable and friendly. My fears were fading. Everyone in the process was extremely courteous and professional. Byron introduced me to Doug Steen in the service department, and once again I was impressed with the interest he showed for my complete satisfaction, not only in buying the car but also with my experience after my purchase. I hope to have my new Cruze for many years to come, but will definitely come back to this dealership again the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More
