Jim was friendly, helpful, and truthful about the inventory and specs on the vehicles which I inquired about. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Jim introduced me to Brian who would be my salesman. One of the things which I appreciated about the entire process was the speed and effectiveness for the transaction. I do not like to be left waiting for long periods of time in the salesman's office cubicle while things are done in the inner offices. Brian did not allow that to happen. He was courteous, respectful, and moved quickly to get our transaction completed. I really appreciate the treatment which I received during the purchase of our Traverse. The bonus is now having the vehicle we wanted at the price we were looking for. Jim, Brian, and Tim, the Business Manager took great care of me during this process. The next day, the air conditioning malfunctioned but Erik and the service crew addressed the problem in no time and we had our car back in just a few hours. I was looking for a specific color on an end of year, end of model Avalanche. No luck up here in Alaska, so went searching the internet. Jim not only delivered the Avalanche at the agreed upon price, he even picked me up at the airport! Once at the dealer, Chuck Williams ensured the truck was rechecked for the long trip home, completed the sales paperwork, took me for a test drive and patiently demonstrated every Avalanche feature making sure I understood them all. Tim Hosek did the financing and registration in record time. It was an amazing experience, in less than 3 hours from the time I landed in Chicago, I was on my way north with my new truck. I was introduced to Andre Thomas, my sales person. He is very knowledgeable of the truck I was buying, answered all my questions, showed me everything on the truck and went on a test drive with me. He made the buying experience a great one. The deal I made on the phone was the deal I made at the dealership. No surprises, or "oh yea, we forgot to tell you". They stuck to their word. He did not "disappear" after all the paperwork was signed and I was waiting on the truck to be cleaned up and delivered to me. He is very personable and I could tell he was not carrying on a "fake" conversation to kill time before the vehicle was delivered to me.
