Just bought a 2013 Silverado 1500. Went to the dealership thinking I wanted an extended cab. From the minute I entered I was greeted by a courteous and professional staff. I am in sales and can appreciate the level of professionalism I received from Charlie and the staff here. There was no game playing and every one of my request/questions was meet with an honest answer. I cannot stress enough the difference I saw from the first dealership I visited to that of Advantage Chevy. I called them literally 3 minutes before they closed and they were extremely patient, friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I scheduled time to see a car and they were proactive and reached out to me first and made sure they were available for me. From the moment Nohe introduced himself and a couple of hours later with a car in hand, it was a positive experience. He took me for a test drive, showed me and taught me about all the features with the car and made sure it was to my satisfaction. I had a car that I was trading in. It was over 10 years old, with the check engine light on, but they still gave me a great deal. They are of course, interested in selling me a car, but definitely not the sleazy sales type at all. I was seriously dreading to buy a car. But Nohe made the experience fun and very happy with the car. Seriously...this should be your first place to find a car...and it will absolutely be your last because they are awesome!!! More

From beginning to start, my experience with Jim and Quan, was delightful and pleasant.
