My husband had wanted a 2011 Chevy Silverado for awhile. He did Internet searches and came across Jim Galbraith, Customer Relations Manager, at Advantage Chevrolet. We drove out to Bolingbrook 2 weeks ago to look at a 2011 Silverado truck. We were kind of 50/50 as to whether we were going to buy that day or just look. We first spoke to Jim, a very personable individual. Jim called in a Sales Professional by the name of Quan Bodie. Quan was so helpful. We went for a demo ride and my hubby and I fell in love with the truck. Back at the dealership, we spoke with Walter Fields, the New Car Manager. Walter was so great to meet and work with. Walter has a great personality and really worked with us - so it was a win/win situation. We received a fair price for our trade-in and decided to buy that day. Buying a vehicle at Advantage Chevrolet was actually enjoyable. All personnel were friendly and even got to meet other customers that day - everyone was smiling. It was just one of those days that 'everything was just right'. We had ordered a bed liner for the truck. We had that installed last week. Doug Steen in Service was terrific and they did a great job on the install. Would we buy again from Advantage - OH YES WE WILL. Since the Captain has his new truck, Tennile (that would be me) has her eye on a 2011 Camaro - trying to decide on the red or the black one. Thank you to Jim, Quan, Walter and Doug for making our visit and purchase of our new Silverado so much fun. I had expected to be stressed out about the purchase, etc., and I was so relieved that it turned out to be such a pleasant experience. Guys, we will be back to see you soon. P.S. Toby, our attack beagle, loves the new truck too. He even tried to steal the keys from us so he could take the truck for a ride. Toby is not a good driver. He sticks his head out of the window too much. When we take him for a ride in the new Silverado, he feels like he is flying. I better keep a watch on those truck keys :) More

Jennie and I decided that we would get a Chevy Cruze Eco for a new car for me. I read up about Advantage Chevrolet and saw that it had many positive reviews. I would recommend Advantage Chevrolet to anyone looking for a Chevy. More

I believe this is about the 9th or 10th new car my wife and I have bought in our life times. I can easily say this is the best dealership we have ever dealt with. The entire staff was great. They are frien and I have bought in our life times. I can easily say this is the best dealership we have ever dealt with. The entire staff was great. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and the price was right. Jim Galbraith got us in the door, and John Montgomery got us out, with a brand new Chevy Traverse. Here's the bottom line; we will be buying another new car in 2 to 3 years, and when that time comes, we will head directly to Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook, and ask for Jim and John. More

Let me preface this by stating that I would rather walk into a dentist office than a car dealership........at least until I found Advantage. After receiving an internet price from Jim that was too good to into a dentist office than a car dealership........at least until I found Advantage. After receiving an internet price from Jim that was too good to ignore (and then a follow-up email telling me I was entitled to an additional discount) I just had to make a trip down for a test drive. When I arrived I met with Jim whom was a pleasure to speak with. As others have mentioned, he makes you feel like you are an old friend. Advantage sure picked the right guy for THAT position....Customer Relations Manager! After a brief introduction Jim turned me over to Alvi (the 2010 Advantage Salesman of the Year) and a super individual to boot. He was very cordial, easy going and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions regarding the Cruze I was interested in. After some negotiations with Walter on my trade-in we arrived at a price I was happy with and the paperwork was signed. This has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had but hopefully will NOT be my last experience with Advantage. Thanks guys...you are all Aces in my book!
