We recently bought 2023 Suburban from Chevy Advantage. This is by far the best car buying experience ever. We were looking for a SUV for over two months and found out from chevy website that they have one This is by far the best car buying experience ever. I called and spoke with Jim Galbraith on Saturday morning, and he confirmed they have one incoming and still available. We made an appointment to go to the dealership and pay the deposit and fill out the credit application the same day. We met with Esgar Murillo, our sales consultant and he explained the whole buying process. He was deeply knowledgeable and answers all our questions. After we sign the credit application, we were informed that our new car is already at the train depot, and we can track it online. We were notified on Tuesday evening that our car has reached the dealership and we can come in anytime. We went again on Wednesday and sign all the paperwork with Ryan Sitter and brought our new car home. I would say that whole team at Chevy Advantage were very courteous, easy to work with and above all value time. I would recommend them to family and friends. More
