I was dreading the process before I went to Valley Honda, but Jack and Victor R. made it a pleasurable experience! Victor was informative and very friendly, which was exactly what I needed. He was able to answer all of my questions about the CR-V and even informed me about features that I was not aware of on the 2019 model. Jim helped to finish the paperwork in record time! Great Overall Experience! We were in on a very, very busy Saturday! Reception continued to check in with us as we waited for Jim to finish up with his current customer. We have We were in on a very, very busy Saturday! Reception continued to check in with us as we waited for Jim to finish up with his current customer. We have been leasing our car and had come in to convert it to a purchase. After letting Jim know that I was due for routine maintenance, he immediately suggested that we walk back to service to see if they could fit us in while we completed our paperwork. In the service department, I had the absolute pleasure to work with Mike!! He was so nice and took the time to explain the service codes that I needed to have performed as well as when I should expect to have to do them again. Mike is the type of person who makes you want to get your service done! Lastly, Randall was the one who completed our financing for us. Again, super person to work with! He was patient, answered all our questions and seemed to genuinely care that we were 100% happy with our financing plan. I think we literally had the Honda Dream Team working for us this past weekend! Jim was the reason we came back but having met other members of the staff at Valley Honda, there's no doubt now that we will be back to purchase another vehicle!! More
