Finally joined the Honda family! My family has been part of the Honda family for years. Yesterday, I decided to complete the circle and finally joined the Honda family, as well. I’ve always seen the staff at Valley Honda be extremely thoughtful and take great care of every customer, regardless of their need. However, being the customer this time truly lived up to every expectation I had set after all of these years of being a bystander on the sidelines! Jim H has been with our family through many, many, many leases and purchases. It was like having an old friend take care of us while we were there. The staff is amazing and incredibly detail-oriented. The facility is spotless and it is very apparent the VH staff takes great pride in their work and how they serve the community. Very excited for the new car and thankful to be part of the Honda family! More

Jim was patient with us during the begining stages of looking for the perfect car to fit our needs and budget. He took the time to thoroughly find out what we felt that we wanted and needed, then game up with a game plan. He never made us feel pressured or like we were just a sale. He even went above and beyond to help my husband surprise me with the car on Christmas. My husband wouldn’t have been able to pull off something like that without an awesome team helping. I've been searching for a used Honda Pilot Touring model for the last 4 months online, I went to several dealerships around my area and found the Pilots l've been seeing were not clean or the key remote was not working properly. When l found my Pilot at Valley Honda l was so impressed that the pilot was in the lot and was "Super clean" inside out. I went inside and this place was beautiful and clean, I met my salesman Jim Hanahan who was really pleasant to work with, he answered all of my questions, we went for a test drive and he explained to me how everything works on the Pilot, It was a really great experience from the start to finish, also I was really impressed how professional everyone is from Randall Rosen who handles the financials and Bill Sexton who really makes you feel like your part of the Honda Family.
