Great Overall Experience! We were in on a very, very busy Saturday! Reception continued to check in with us as we waited for Jim to finish up with his current customer. We have We were in on a very, very busy Saturday! Reception continued to check in with us as we waited for Jim to finish up with his current customer. We have been leasing our car and had come in to convert it to a purchase. After letting Jim know that I was due for routine maintenance, he immediately suggested that we walk back to service to see if they could fit us in while we completed our paperwork. In the service department, I had the absolute pleasure to work with Mike!! He was so nice and took the time to explain the service codes that I needed to have performed as well as when I should expect to have to do them again. Mike is the type of person who makes you want to get your service done! Lastly, Randall was the one who completed our financing for us. Again, super person to work with! He was patient, answered all our questions and seemed to genuinely care that we were 100% happy with our financing plan. I think we literally had the Honda Dream Team working for us this past weekend! Jim was the reason we came back but having met other members of the staff at Valley Honda, there's no doubt now that we will be back to purchase another vehicle!! More

I’ve always seen the staff at Valley Honda be extremely thoughtful and take great care of every customer, regardless of their need. However, being the customer this time truly lived up to every expectation I had set after all of these years of being a bystander on the sidelines! Jim H has been with our family through many, many, many leases and purchases. It was like having an old friend take care of us while we were there. The staff is amazing and incredibly detail-oriented. The facility is spotless and it is very apparent the VH staff takes great pride in their work and how they serve the community. Jim was patient with us during the begining stages of looking for the perfect car to fit our needs and budget. He took the time to thoroughly find out what we felt that we wanted and needed, then game up with a game plan. He never made us feel pressured or like we were just a sale. He even went above and beyond to help my husband surprise me with the car on Christmas. My husband wouldn’t have been able to pull off something like that without an awesome team helping.
