Valley Honda is the best dealership we have ever been to, it is the model for how other dealerships should be run. It has excellent customer service, with friendly, knowledgable employees. We have purchased three Honda’s in the past 9 years here, and have had excellent interactions with the sales, finance and service departments, as well as all the staff. This dealership seems to have a low employee turnover rate (which is a reflection on the leadership), because we always see a friendly, familiar face when bringing our cars in for service, They offer shuttle rides and or loaner cars if needed. The luxurious waiting room boasts amenities; such as, work stations, ports to charge devices, three tv’s always turned on, computers, a variety of comfy chairs, a kid’s playroom, and a bar serving fresh coffee/tea/hot chocolate with unlimited refills making the waiting experience very pleasant and relaxing. The entire facility is meticulously clean and modern. My in-laws purchased a car a few years ago and were equally impressed with this dealership, and how accommodating everyone has been to help them in and out of their car with their walkers into the waiting room when getting their car serviced. More

At first all the inquiries that my husband did on line was handled by Luis. he sent a lot of messages. I was not comfortable to go in person. It took awhile before I made a visit to Valley Honda. ( no app was handled by Luis. he sent a lot of messages. I was not comfortable to go in person. It took awhile before I made a visit to Valley Honda. ( no appt; just walked in). Luis was with other client. He introduced me to Scott, (team member). Scott is great and wonderful. I felt at ease already. There was no pushing or making me confuse about the model choices and the nos.( price). He made everything easy for me… (so patiently assisting, considering that I kept changing the color and model of the car). He always sending updates regarding the status of the order. Even at the end, when we picked up the car (almost closing hour), you can’t see the tiredness on his face. Always in smile. I was with his financial officer Jim (who gave us a good deal.)
