Ladies at the desk are very efficient and within few minutes you get to speak to Jim. He take to you about the issue that brought you there and gives you an estimate. Jim is a great guy, very friendly and very efficient. He then takes you to the loaner. As soon as your car is ready, you get a text from Jim and you need to show up and get your car back. Like clock work. Impressive. More
