Always Great Service! Getting an appointment, even on the same day, is possible at Kelly. The staff is courteous and professional. The facility is comfortable and clean! Free WIFI and two desk-top workstations are available for use in the waiting room. Free coffee is always a nice touch. The price for service is quite reasonable to the quality of the service received. Kelly might be the only dealership I've ever experienced whose service department isn't always trying to up-sell you or provide what is not needed. Great service department!!! More
