I drove past 2 other Toyota dealerships to reach this one on my daughter-in-law’s recommendation. What a great daughter-in-law! I hit the jackpot with my sales associate, Adrian. He welcomed me with respect, on my daughter-in-law’s recommendation. What a great daughter-in-law! I hit the jackpot with my sales associate, Adrian. He welcomed me with respect, answered my questions with no pressure or manipulation, and I sensed his genuine interest in accommodating my needs and listening to my concerns. I actually enjoyed myself. I returned the next day, bought a Corolla hybrid, and enjoyed the same friendly interaction with the manager and the financial closer, who meticulously explained the process. Adrian drove 45 minutes to deliver it to me at home that day, enthusiastically gave me a mini-course on the basics of my new hybrid, and rode back to Del with a colleague. If that’s a sample of the ongoing service I can expect from Del Toyota, this is one happy grandma. More
