Jim is extremely genuine, polite, and professional. His approach is very relaxed and there was no pressure from him whatsoever when I told him the exact vehicle and price point I was looking to get into. After the test drive, I knew I wanted the vehicle and Jim made it happen ASAP. I walked into the dealership at 10:00 a.m. and drove away in my new car at 1:30 p.m. It truly was the easiest and most seamless process all thanks to Jim the and rest of the staff at Acura. It was like having a conversation that just flowed and I didn’t feel pushed. I pretty much knew what I wanted but wasn’t sure if a lease was the best thing for me. Well, after asking a million questions I realized it was the perfect choice for me. He was so easy to work with and I appreciate the fact that he didn’t come across like a typical salesman lol. Sorry to those of you that follow and hate being labeled that way. James is someone my husband and I would hang out with! Timing was right, place was right, dealing with James was completely right and leasing an amazing sporty RDX was 100% the right decision!! I will be back!!!
