best experience at a dealership! i called lester glenn dodge, told them what i wanted and the price range i could be in. when i got there they had a truck marked on hold for me. excee i called lester glenn dodge, told them what i wanted and the price range i could be in. when i got there they had a truck marked on hold for me. exceeded what i asked for and hit the price right on the head. which the price was a great deal!!! my salesman mike and his manager jim were awesome. fastest deal ive ever done in a dealership in 13 years. ive purchased over 20 cars and they were the fastest. under 1 hour with a test drive! couldnt of been happier!!!!! More

Michael made sure to review all possibilities in order for me to receive the best possible deal. Michael along with his manager, Jim Prendergast allowed me to take the Jeep Compass home overnight to make sure it was the right care for me. No strings attached! If I didn't like the car I could return the keys the next day no questions asked. He had an opportunity to work with another customer while I was waiting but opted to remain with me until my car was delivered to me. Making me his priority was important to him and certainly left a great impression on me. He answered all of my questions and concerns and if he was not sure he sought out assistance in order to provide me with accurate information. Michael was a pleasure to work with.
