Steve Reagan came out to help me and lead me to the 2015 Chrysler 200 limited model they had in the showroom. It was beautiful and had many features I was looking for. I have never before owned an American car and I was a bit weary of the idea. However, Steve was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I looked at. After a test drive I was sold. The car is very luxurious and comfortable and has all the upgrades and features I was looking for. This is my second experience with Lester Glen and they are the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I will not go anywhere else in the future. It's absolutely worth the drive from Staten Island. Customer service is excellent and Darren, Jim, and Mike N worked hard to get me the right deal. More

Great Experience! I've been searching for a new car for a few months now, and I always walked away feeling pressured and annoyed by car dealers. At Lester Glenn, I felt I've been searching for a new car for a few months now, and I always walked away feeling pressured and annoyed by car dealers. At Lester Glenn, I felt the complete opposite...finally. I've always felt nervous test driving new cars, but Lou Cerrato made me feel completely relaxed and confident when driving my jeep (which I believe is the reason I fell in love with my car). I was able to take my time exploring the vehicle and driving around without feeling like I was wasting anyone's time. Everyone I worked with was extremely knowledgable and able to help me in every way. We were able to work out a great price, and I never once felt like I was being pressured into purchasing something I didn't want. I am extremely happy with my 2015 Jeep Patriot! More
