When I wanted to pick up my new F150 the vehicle was sitting in the parking lot covered in snow like we left it the week before. The bedliner was not applied as promised. Bedliner and undercoating was done the following week what took another 2 days. Bed cover and window deflectors that I ordered had not been installed. I had to come back on a Saturday morning. A 1,5 hours job took 3,5 hours because they were not finding the parts. My sales person Colin did a great job and sales tried to make the job as good as possible. But the service department and the communication between the departments needs a huge improvement. I hope for the upcoming services this will work better or I have to search for a Ford Dealer that does their job better. More
