Good Buying Experience I was shopping for 2019 CR-V EX AWD. I received an internet price from Leslie Hacker, internet sales contact of the dealership. In addition, I request I was shopping for 2019 CR-V EX AWD. I received an internet price from Leslie Hacker, internet sales contact of the dealership. In addition, I requested for a out-of-door price as I had bad experience with other dealership where they sandbagged the price with additional charges to make up for lower internet price. Leslie provided me with an Out-of-door quote and she assured me they will meet that price and there will be no price negotiations with sales person. I was very skeptical about that. To my surprise, they meet their proposed price and no pressure sales tactics. Jim was very professional, so was the Finance Manager. I made the purchase and I am a happy customer. More

Will not return a phone call I bought a used car and bought an extended warranty at the end of the sale. After a month of driving the car, the engine light comes on. When I looked I bought a used car and bought an extended warranty at the end of the sale. After a month of driving the car, the engine light comes on. When I looked through my paperwork trying to find the extended warranty paperwork, it’s not there. I have called everyday for FOUR days. The receptionist transfers me to voicemail. I have emailed with no response. I called today, waiting to get the manager live and he said let me find the paperwork and transferred me to voicemail. I fewl like I got scammed. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! All I want is the vendor that is handling the extended warranty because the new dealership that so took it to said there is nothing in the system.. so sad that they can do this. More
