I bought a NEW 2021 Civic Sport sedan from a local/nearby Dealership: Muller, Honda of Gurnee! The ENTIRE Process took ONLY ~2HOURS (INCLUDING the Test Drive!), No Pressure WHATSOEVER!!! I WAS treated like a DESIRED CUSTOMER, thus HOK LOST MY FUTURE BUSINESS!!!

We were EXHAUSTED after the LENGTHY WAIT to sign the final paperwork, thus we "thought" Routine Maintenance WAS INCLUDED, but what we actually Bought was an Extended Warranty! Last Monday, I brought my wife's 2020 CRV in for an LOF, Rotation, & AutoButler service; when it was all done, I had to pay $60+ for the LOF & Rotation, which, being Disabled, I didn't plan on spending so I used my Discover Card-- IF this is the case going forward, you've given me NO GOOD REASON to continue doing my business with HOK!

I did email the salesman immediately and let him know. He said he did not try the cruise control in the first email and in a 2nd i let him know about the check engine light. I received no response.
