One day after my new Pilot was purchased I noticed a gritty film on the paint surface over the entire vehicle. I contacted Jim Spink who in turn contacted Joe Valente in the Service Department. I received a call from Joe the same day to set up an appointment. When I arrived at the dealer, Joe confirmed the condition of the vehicle and had a loaner car ready for me. Six hours later following a Clay Bar process, Joe called to advise that the Pilot was ready for me to pick up. While I believe that the paint surface condition of the vehicle should have been checked prior to delivery, the decisions and actions carried out on the part of Jim and Joe are commendable and were done with very little delay. Honda of Kenosha is lucky to have both of these individuals on hand and I will not hesitate to let others know what was done for me. I remain extremely grateful. More

We received several letters in regard to a desire to purchase our 2018 Pilot. When we stopped in Jim Spink worked with us again and understood just what was needed to make a deal with us. We purchased purchase our 2018 Pilot. When we stopped in Jim Spink worked with us again and understood just what was needed to make a deal with us. We purchased a 2021 Pilot. The deal was agreed to within 30 minutes…unfortunately we had to wait around over two hours to finalize the deal with the financial department. This is disappointing to us and needs to be improved. The day following I noticed an issue with the finish of the outside paint surface of the new vehicle. Both Jim Spink in Sales and Joe in Service responded quickly and in a very positive manner. I will continue to do business with this organization due to the effort expended by both Jim and Joe. More

Leslie Hacker said she was very confident I was going to get the deal I was looking for when I get there the Sales Rep said “there’s no way we can get there”. I wasted my time plus Mousa the “manager” was get the deal I was looking for when I get there the Sales Rep said “there’s no way we can get there”. I wasted my time plus Mousa the “manager” was super super rude. I don’t recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time and especially with people who can’t be professional Mousa especially. More

Deceptive and unethical sales practices. The service is excellent. I have been coming here for over 10 years and have never had an issue with any service performed here.
