The dealership itself is not a bad place but our shopping experience was less than desirable. The salesman did a good job initially with helping us chose a vehicle. When we decided and went inside to start t experience was less than desirable. The salesman did a good job initially with helping us chose a vehicle. When we decided and went inside to start the paperwork is when the experience turned. The environment was such that it seems he could care less whether we bought the vehicle or not. When the haggling started he lied to my face which almost caused me to walk out and not return. The only reason we went back was lack of inventory in surrounding areas for the same vehicle. Horrible experience for my family. The part, service, and finance managers were pleasant to work with but the interaction with our salesman was not. Would not buy another vehicle from here. Will use the service and parts departments. I did talk with the GM and he notes that there has been similar instances with the same salesperson. Hopefully he had a conversation with the employee and other families do not have to have a similar experience from this employee. More

I finally got my allocation to build in May 2023 for a build date of June 12. Ben was there for me every step of the way . I made numerous changes and he was always patient , courteous and professional . Maria Barrios had the task of explaining all my questions , showing me how everything worked and explaining the warranty . She is extremely knowledgeable and explained all my questions. The car was heavily optioned so they needed some time to install the extras . I will proudly take delivery on Wednesday , July 19Th . Ben Myers and Maria Barrios were impeccable to work with !
