I was very pleased with Sales dept. at Pete Moore when I visited last Thursday. I was looking for a Chrysler Pacifica that I had seen on the Cars.com website. I called and the Pacific at Pete Moore when I visited last Thursday. I was looking for a Chrysler Pacifica that I had seen on the Cars.com website. I called and the Pacifica was available, so my sister-in-law and I went to look at it. My sister-in-law is my driver at this time because I am in a wheelchair. I had a 2018 Nissan Murano but I needed a car/van with sliding side doors, so I could put the seat under the floor and I could get right into the driver's seat without trying to get the wheelchair up into the back of the Murano and then try to get back to the driver's seat without falling, so I could resume driving when I am ready. When we arrived at Pete Moore, Taylor Morea, came out and greeted us. The Pacifica was right there for us to see. The vehicle had everything on it that I needed plus some bonus bells and whistles that are great. Taylor was right there answering any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and then we went for a test drive. We got back to the dealership and made a deal. I traded my Murano in and received what I expected to get for it. The Pacifica had a couple of scratches on it, but I knew it was a Used vehicle and 2 years old. Taylor filled out the paperwork and the deal was made. I have been exceedingly pleased with my new vehicle. Taylor was very knowledgeable about both of the vehicles. He was very polite and business-like when needed to be. The most important thing though - he did not lie to us. I hope he is not offended by that statement, but I had been to another dealer (no names) and the salesman there blatantly lied to me and then his boss backed up the lie. They both knew that I knew they were lying. I will never even make a phone call to that dealership, much less do business with them. (And no, I left that business and told them I would never be back.) Taylor was as honest as I could tell and I enjoyed doing business with him. And, when I need a new vehicle, I will be back. Initially went to VW sales looking for a Taos. Were told they had none in stock, but salesman Kyle Prell suggested we go across the street and check out the Chevy Trax. We have been searching for a reliable car for our son and Pete Moore did not disappoint. Craig Anderson drove us around to see the cars in our price range, we didn't see anything, but he went to look again a Pete Moore did not disappoint. It was a 2015 Malibu with low milage, not a scratch on it, very clean and detailed inside that we couldn't pass it up. He even drove it home for us so it will be ready when our son gets his license.
