Excellent car buying experience I had been working with another dealer and was having a hard time making a deal work for what we wanted. I reached out to Columbia and had info back v I had been working with another dealer and was having a hard time making a deal work for what we wanted. I reached out to Columbia and had info back via email within an hour and we had a deal closed shortly after. No nonsense which is exactly the kind of experience I wanted. Promised a sunroof I never got When I called and asked if there was a sun roof in the vehicle I was told yes.
