They found us an older model and when we went to look at it we absolutely loved it, much better than the original one we looked at. We dealt with Jim in the beginning but were referred by a friend of ours to Tim. Tim was up front and honest with us and wasn't a shady salesman as we have experienced from a previous car buying experience. Eric also worked with us in getting the approval and keeping in contact with us so we weren't left hanging and wondering what was going on. Thank you to Jake, Tim, Eric, and Jim for your outstanding customer service. We will definitely recommend your dealership to our friends and family. More

Very low pressure experience! After having a couple of bad experiences at two Gates dealerships, we finally had a pleasurable one at Columbia Ford. We were trading in a pristine Mustang that we purchased in 2013 at Girard Ford. The sales person back then was Jimmy Bletsch. When we walked in and were greeted by Sales Manager Jimmy Bletsch, we knew it was going to be a good visit. He introduced us to Matt Milici and together they offered us a great deal on a new Ford Edge (with seating for our new twin Grand-kids) Jimmy Bletsch is responsible for our return to doing business at a Gates dealership. I hope that the Gates team knows what an asset Jimmy is to their business!! More
