Very low pressure experience! After having a couple of bad experiences at two Gates dealerships, we finally had a pleasurable one at Columbia Ford. We were trading in a pristine Mu After having a couple of bad experiences at two Gates dealerships, we finally had a pleasurable one at Columbia Ford. We were trading in a pristine Mustang that we purchased in 2013 at Girard Ford. The sales person back then was Jimmy Bletsch. When we walked in and were greeted by Sales Manager Jimmy Bletsch, we knew it was going to be a good visit. He introduced us to Matt Milici and together they offered us a great deal on a new Ford Edge (with seating for our new twin Grand-kids) Jimmy Bletsch is responsible for our return to doing business at a Gates dealership. I hope that the Gates team knows what an asset Jimmy is to their business!! More
