easy and enjoyable compared to my last experience i had purchased a vehicle from middletown nissian 2 years ago and it was a complete nightmare.the sales manager and everyone else were complete (dipxx i had purchased a vehicle from middletown nissian 2 years ago and it was a complete nightmare.the sales manager and everyone else were complete (dipxxxxs) not sure if i can say this but however it was the worst car buying experience ever.they lied about everything and even sold my old kia before i recieved the new used vehicle.dealing with columbia ford was more then i hoped for.matt you are awesome and jake keep checking off the circles.Everyone was great to work with.on a seperate note.when i went on the first day not sure what i was going to do,the process as you know is prolonged.i am currently undergoing chemotherapy and have nuropathy very bad and needed to keep going outside to warm up.when i went back to pick up the vehicle on friday,matt actually had them turn up the ac so i was not freezing.thanks matt.above and beyond what you needed to do.i love the new kia. it was hard to let go of my old ford but im gonna enjoy this new phase of life. More

Amazing staff!! I was in an expensive lease and needed to get out of it. After going to a few dealers I thought I was going to be stuck with it. I was originally interested in a particular vehicle that was sold the night before I was scheduled to come test drive it. Rather than allow me to come to the dealership anyway and try to talk me into something else, they called me to explain and offer a test drive of a different one. I was so impressed that I did so and ended up buying the second car after all. They answered all of my questions, gave me a fair price for my trade, and got me out of there in time to make an important business meeting. I will definitely be back for my next car. More

Great customer Service We went into Columbia Ford looking at trucks. We weren't really sure about getting approved. The truck we first test drove we liked however we couldn't get approved for that one. They found us an older model and when we went to look at it we absolutely loved it, much better than the original one we looked at. We dealt with Jim in the beginning but were referred by a friend of ours to Tim. Tim was up front and honest with us and wasn't a shady salesman as we have experienced from a previous car buying experience. Eric also worked with us in getting the approval and keeping in contact with us so we weren't left hanging and wondering what was going on. Thank you to Jake, Tim, Eric, and Jim for your outstanding customer service. We will definitely recommend your dealership to our friends and family. More
