Ed Carpenter was our salesman he asked us a few questions and zeroed in on a perfect choice for us, he didn't try to sell us more than we needed. The team of Ed, Jake and Jimmie really cared about our situation, it truly felt like we were dealing family. They worked to get us low interest rate financing with a low monthly payment. These employees were Happy, Friendly, Honest and Caring which says a lot about the Gates brothers and how they run a business. This is our third purchase from Columbia Ford and it won't be the last.
