Great customer service Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer. Steve even went to the UHaul dealer with an Explorer to discuss different hitch o Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer. Jimmie worked with me for a good trade-in and Eric spent extra time going over all of the warranty options. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of.
