Can you believe that a car salesman would be honest, up front with answers, and discuss bottom line prices. Joey exemplifies the way the dealership operates. When we visited the dealership, Joey was totally dedicated to show us exactly what we were looking to buy. WOW!!! We even talked to a few people waiting for their vehicles in the service area and they were all very pleased with the service aspect of the dealership. I was looking to trade my Kia 2006 sedona van in. I stopped in to see the guys at Hyundai of St Augustine to see what kind of deal I could make. I have done business with them before and was very pleased with the experience. I purchased a 2009 Sonata in February and had a great experience with Jimmy Felleciano. This time I purchased a 2010 Elantra Touring and had the pleasure of working with Roosevelt Ramsubhag. he was a pleasure to do businees with and overall a very knowelegable and sincere person. he helped me choose just the right vehicle without any sales pressure at all. I then had the pleasure to work with Wade Wahy. He worked very hard on the numbers until they perfect. This dealership has given me the best car buying experiences that I have ever had and I will always recomend it to anynboby that I know. I just purchased a Genesis Coupe Track edition yesterday. I was referred to this dealer through the USAA car buying program. Joe Lando is a very knowledgable and personable salesman. Joe found me exactly the model I was looking for and Jimmy Feliciano gave me a very fair price on my SAAB 9-3 trade in. Not only did they honor the USAA "below invoice" price, they also made me aware of a special $1000.00 Hyundai discount to owners of certain preferred trade in models. My 9-3 was on the list. I was unaware of such an offer and they took it on themselves to make me aware. This is a very "low pressure" dealership and is unusually "transparent" in the negotiation process.Most importantly, the Genesis coupe is a delight to drive and all the better at a substantial discount. I unreservedly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a Hyundai in Northern Florida. More

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. Eddy went out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel at home during the transaction. His follow up after the sale -- test drive, car detailing, front l out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel at home during the transaction. His follow up after the sale -- test drive, car detailing, front license plate holder install -- was excellent as well. Jimmy handled the financial aspect of the deal with great care and made sure we were very clear on the various fees and costs. Andrew was also very caring and friendly, and made certain that his staff had treated us well. All in all, I would have no problem recommending Hyundai of St. Augustine to my friends. The product speaks for itself, but the experience at the dealer certainly facilitated our decision to do business here. More

I've had my share of forgettable car deals, but this one has restored my faith. From the moment I walked into the showroom until the time I drove off with a new Genesis Coupe, I found the staff to be knowl has restored my faith. From the moment I walked into the showroom until the time I drove off with a new Genesis Coupe, I found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful, patient and most important, cordial and friendly. I experienced a completely no-pressure deal, which would have been unnecessary since this car sold itself. Although I had to wait several weeks for delivery of the particular car I wanted, I am thoroughly satisfied with the entire transaction. And, let me add, with its stylish looks, great handling, a host of standard features and a very high fun-to-dollar ratio, I love this car! More

My family and I all own Hyundai's. However, we bought them all at different locations in Florida because of where we live. I have to admit, I wish I bought my vehicle in St. Augustine (but the location w them all at different locations in Florida because of where we live. I have to admit, I wish I bought my vehicle in St. Augustine (but the location was not there yet) like my husband did. He just purchased a new Genesis from Eddie and the Hyundai staff. He was treated very well. It was straight to the point, in and out, no back and fourth communicating between the pricing of the vehicle. He got a very good deal and is very satisfied with his purchase. The staff is amazing and they give you great customer service. I bought my car in Gainesville and I did not receive any type of respect or satisfaction like my husband did at the St. Augustine location. I LOVE my car, but the staff was not what it should be. Living in St. Augustine makes my husband and I happy that we can get great customer service from friendly staff, as well as great service from the service department. If you are looking to purchase a new or used car, check out Hyundai of St. Augustine! They are great people who care, which is rare nowadays!! More
