This was the best "New Car" buying experience I have ever had. Things were done promptly and with great courtesy and consideration. I was very pleased with my selling price. The courtesies rendered to me by the entire dealership staff was outstanding. Upon returning to the Dealer for evaluation and assistance with two minor problems, the Sales Manager, Service Manager, Sales Consultant (Richard Roberts and the Detail Shop crew quickly solved my two problems . I would also like to mention that Mr Rosey Roosevelt also greatly assisted in solving one of my problems. What a pleasant shopping experience. Richard Roberts is an outstanding Sales Consultant. He was the most courtesy and up front new car salesperson I have ever dealt with. I greatly recommend this dealership to anyone contemplating purchasing a new Hyundai. This was the best dealership i visited before purchasing my first new car. They were not pushy like the other dealerships i went to. Went to the dealership to test drive and left with a new car. However, changed my mind and the dealership graciously accepted the return of the car. I then purchased a beautiful '09 Hyundai Sontata Limited. I'm so happy with my new car and love driving it and hope to have it for some time! I consider myself very fortunate to have been able to make this new purchase. The entire car-buying experience was a pleasure. Every person with whom we interacted was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I got the distinct impression that the warm treatment we received was genuine, not just to get us to buy a car. In fact, Mr. Feliciano stated that their goal was to make me happy! Mr. Eddie Hackney was a pure delight to work with. What a nice man! This dealership and the lovely people working there are the exception to the dreadful experiences we have had when purchasing and having cars serviced at other dealerships. The best recommendation I can give is to say that I would heartily recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine to anyone considering a car purchase, and that I would certainly return to purchase in the future. When I began my car search I e-mailed a couple dealerships about the price of the 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Hyundai of St. Augustine was the only dealership to e-mail me back an out the door quote. And not only was this quote lower than the others, they sent information about TrueCar.com where I could check their price against others in the area. When I visited the dealership I was greeted warming and quickly shown to a car for a test drive. Joe was able to answer every question regarding the car, and my friend and I are both engineers, so we came up with some pretty tough ones. I was impressed with how clean the car was in comparison to the other test drives I had taken. It was shortly into the test drive that I knew I wanted this car. When the money talk began Joe was very helpful in explaining all the costs and even found a financing option for college graduates, allowing me to save even more money. I completed all of my paperwork with Jimmy, who was extremely helpful. I knew I was moving out of state and Jimmy completed all the paperwork necessary to make registering the car in another state even easier. I was also greatly impressed by the fact the owner of the dealership, Andrew, checked in with my several times during my visit. He knew my name and was very helpful with any questions I had. After all the paperwork was complete, Joe took the time to go through all of the manual and extras the car has. We set up my Bluetooth and not only did Joe managed to get the technology to work immediately, he joked, singing Phil Collins. I have had the car for about a month now. It is properly registered in my new state and running like a champ. Hyundai of St. Augustine was nothing like the usual dealerships that make car shopping such a headache. More

Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, no pressure--you almost feel as though you are in a dream of what the uptopian car purchasing experience is. We also cannot say enough about the product they sell- we purchased a 2011 Sonata SE--an absolutely impressive automobile. We test drove the competition--Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, Chevrolet Malibu, Ford Fusion, Mazda 6--and there is no comparison. This was my second vehicle purchase in 18 months from St. Augustine Hyundai and I have to say it surpassed my previous purchase then! We purchased a Santa Fe in November 2009 and the owner Andrew De Feo stated he would have Joe Lando call me prior to the lease on my 2008 Sonata coming due. On Wednesday evening March 24th Joe Lando calle Andrew De Feo stated he would have Joe Lando call me prior to the lease on my 2008 Sonata coming due. On Wednesday evening March 24th Joe Lando called and stated he had a great lease deal for us.I told him we still had four months left on our lease but we would come in on Thursday to talk to him. Well between Joe Lando,Jim Feliciano the sales manager and Andrew De Feo the owner we got such a great deal that we drove home with a new 2011 Sonata. We dealt with two salesman Joey Cassata and Frank Messina, the general manager and the finance manager at this dealership. The salesman were extroidinarily patient and helpful with my wife and I in Messina, the general manager and the finance manager at this dealership. The salesman were extroidinarily patient and helpful with my wife and I in selecting a new car as we were not familiar with the brand. They were more than generous in offering us an extended (overnight) test of the models we were considering so we would know we made the right choice. This was far more accomodating than the Huyandai salesman in Jacksonville who said we must limit our test drive to 5 miles or less. The dealership was a no-pressure setting and as relaxing as one could hope to experience in buying a new car. We made 3 visits to the dealership before we made our decision and the staff became quite familiar with us and still showed the same hospitality and consideration as on the first visit. We finally selected a model and the negotiations were unbelivably simple and satisfactory. We were given an offer, we countered and they accepted. We were very satisfied with the deal we made and the overall experience. You will not be dissapointed with any salesman you meet and hopefully you will have the same positive experience we did with this dealership. More
