Jerry Ulm was amazing and so was my sales guy, Jimmy Lewis. They had an amazing selection of cars, but I was most impressed with Jimmy and the ease of everything. He helped us choose the right car at an amazing deal. He knew the in and outs of the place and explained everything to us with no fill in the blanks. I enjoyed working with him and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Jimmy is the guy! Our Finance manager Sergio was just as amazing he gave us great advice and didn't force us into anything we didn't feel comfortable with. Thank you Jerry Ulm for great customer service. More

My experience with sales team (Jimmy, Raja) and finance team (Adrian and Supervisor) was absolutely horrible. This was particularly disappointing as a family member recommended this particular dealership t team (Adrian and Supervisor) was absolutely horrible. This was particularly disappointing as a family member recommended this particular dealership to me (Jerry Ulm). As a whole many others in the dealership (Martin, Big Mike, Sonny, The Cowboy, Jessica and Mr. D) all seem eager to provide quality customer service. Purchasing a vehicle is a huge decision and investment. There should be great effort in ensuring that customer service is a top priority at every level. I hope no other customer ever experiences feeling dismissed, disrespected and ignored the way that I have. While I luv my Jeep I truly wish that I made my purchase elsewhere. More
