Overall, a very good experience. Our salesman, Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a few blips and had to return to the dealership a few times, but all turned out well Our salesman, Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dealership seems to have slipped somewhat based upon my previous, long term experience with Niello and especially with Gary (Previous Internet Sales Representative). Brian Wood not as diligent in returnin previous, long term experience with Niello and especially with Gary (Previous Internet Sales Representative). Brian Wood not as diligent in returning phone calls or as customer focused in getting follow up questions answered. Excellent when dealing with him in person not so much getting answers and returning phone calls. More

I want to express how I had the WORST experience here. My sister and I were interested in purchasing a truck. We were helped by the salesperson, Yurah (i probably misspelled her name her). She provides us a form with about a $12,000 price increase from the sale price. I advised her how that number is way higher than it ought to be. She then gives us a breakdown of the cost, since I requested for it. We get our credit pull so we get a loan approval, but the sales price was about a $500 difference. We ask for clarity on this then the sales finance guy comes out to then state that the price increase is because my sisters and I zip code was different. I immediately tell him we live at the same address. He leaves saying he’s embarrassed by the numbers. I go and ask for a manager. Minutes later the manager, Brian, with Yurah come up our table. I can tell he’s upset, but I don’t know why. I can also see the salesperson is mad too. I’m not sure why he’s upset when I asked for him to possibly provide coaching. The first thing he tells me is that the sale tax is actually less than the two offers. I say one another thing then his face turns red and becomes way more upset. Never did I see someone that should be carrying in a managerial position behave like a frontline representative. All while the salesperson is standing there looking upset too. I notice too how another salesperson gets closer to see what I had to say. I and my sister were completely uncomfortable at this time with the way he was carrying himself. He then grabs the papers on the desk into his palms then storms off like he was so upset. I looked at my sister and I could tell she was mortified. We came there to purchase a truck. We were there earlier and we really wanted to purchase it. This has to be the worst experience ever in my life. Again, can’t believe this happened to us. This is the worst experience ever. More

We worked with sales advisor, Robbie Sundquist, who did an excellent job demonstrating all of the features on the RDX so that we could understand how to use them as well as their purpose, settings options, an excellent job demonstrating all of the features on the RDX so that we could understand how to use them as well as their purpose, settings options, and how to turn them off if desired. Robbie was personable, patient, and professional. We would definitely recommend Robbie. As we decided to move forward with the purchase of our AWESOME new car, the experience at Niello continued in a positive way. Jimmy Pizziferro (management) was friendly and personable. Pedro Valverde was attentive and kind, and made the presentation of finance options simple. And Ron Thomas in finance kept the paperwork rolling and was very personable. The entire team at Niello was friendly and ready to answer any question. My husband and I would definitely recommend Niello Acura for anyone looking for a pleasant experience in purchasing a new car.
