Immediately solved the problem. Clear communication. Capri was amazing. Priceless service….showed up Without an appointment, and they were short staffed-still made room to diagnose the problem, and even without the car check engine light on, they still diagnosed the car, found issues with the exhaust. By the time they reported the issue to me, Capri and her team had assessed it was still under warranty, they had the parts, and I’m 24 hours, my car was back up and running. Forever thankful for the integrity and almost instant problem solving! I am a Nissan of Torrance customer for life! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! More
