This dealership is great. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is about customer care at Daytona Toyota. My sales rep Britney even delivered my car to Palm Coast from Daytona. Brittany Marshka was terrific to work with on a trade and upgrade of my Tacoma. AND ALL WITHOUT SITTING IN THE SHOWROOM FOR HOURS AND HOURS HAVING PEOPLE TRY TO SELL ME MORE STUFF I DID NOT WANT. In fact, I did this all remotely through Brittany. ABSOLUTELY WORST dealership and service department I have EVER experienced. Dealership portion is incompetent and shady. Will cover up any issues with their cars to get bottom line for their sales. Was spoken to like I’m a child and completely condescended and interrupted while talking anytime I opened my mouth from the moment I came in the door BY A “Manager” and I use that term loosely. Service department is shady and incompetent as well. Our cars tires were near shredding and did not inform us (tires are only 35k miles with a warranty or 45k miles) told us to do an alignment and made our alignment WORSE. When confronted we were told it was our duty to service our own car (is that not what the service department is for— to inspect and service my car????) Our car now needs 4 brand new tires due to the incompetence and failure to communicate with a customer after multiple tire rotations, an alignment and full inspection of my vehicle when my car had to be towed in due to code issues. Avoid this dealership and service department. Take your business elsewhere More
