ABSOLUTELY WORST dealership and service department I have EVER experienced. Dealership portion is incompetent and shady. Will cover up any issues with their cars to get bottom line for their sales. Was spoken to like I’m a child and completely condescended and interrupted while talking anytime I opened my mouth from the moment I came in the door BY A “Manager” and I use that term loosely. Service department is shady and incompetent as well. Our cars tires were near shredding and did not inform us (tires are only 35k miles with a warranty or 45k miles) told us to do an alignment and made our alignment WORSE. When confronted we were told it was our duty to service our own car (is that not what the service department is for— to inspect and service my car????) Our car now needs 4 brand new tires due to the incompetence and failure to communicate with a customer after multiple tire rotations, an alignment and full inspection of my vehicle when my car had to be towed in due to code issues. Avoid this dealership and service department. Take your business elsewhere More

The place may be family owned but no one is paying attention as to how sales are handled. First contact was made over the phone and all seemed good. After that it was all down hill. Ended up buying a attention as to how sales are handled. First contact was made over the phone and all seemed good. After that it was all down hill. Ended up buying a vehicle that was different than the specs I was sent for one that actually cost about 1K less. If I did not pick up on the issue I would have been out 1K. The original vehicle and price was used to broker the deal. Yes they in the end they made up the difference but only after I said something! I had assurances in emails prior to purchase that this kind of issue would not happen. I felt either the sales staff was very green or something worse. Not sure what to think at this point! Based on all the other 5 star reviews I guess I am the odd situation. More
