It was easy to make an appointment to bring in the car the next day. When I brought my car in to the dealer, Jin was very knowledgeable and courteous. My car was repaired while I waited, and I left the dealer very happy that my car was in good shape. I will 100% come back here in the future when needed. I recommend their work to others and would purchase another VW knowing that I am in good hands with them.
