Jin, was absolutely wonderful. My airbag light was on after having my radio replaced. He recommended I come to the service department and have them diagnose the problem. I let him know that I was concerned about not having my car available for work. He said no problem, I will make sure that you have your car or transportation to work. I dropped my car off Thursday evening. He texted me at 6:50 AM the following morning to tell me my vehicle was ready. I was thankful to him beyond measure. He is always so kind and efficient.
