I arrived 30 minutes early for the 9 oclock appointment for the 1st of 2 complimentary oil changes and tire rotations as part of the 2 year lease agreement. I was then told that the tire rotation would cos for the 1st of 2 complimentary oil changes and tire rotations as part of the 2 year lease agreement. I was then told that the tire rotation would cost $25.00 and not free or complimentary as advertised. I was told that my required service shouldn't take very long but i was not given a time of completion. Later I received an email stating time of completion to be 6:35 pm. Lastly, shortly after 10:30 am I received an email that my car was being washed and ready to go in minutes. Sadly my car was not washed as said. Usually when Archer washes my car, it's dripping water and there are signs of water spots. Also, I had just washed and detailed my car the evening before I brought it to the dealership for service and the windows still had the swirl marks from my work. More

I’ve liked their service, except this last one. Had my car for 3 weeks waiting for a part so my car could get serviced. Service guy was horrible, gave me every excuse he could think of.
