When I asked about leasing vs. buying, Jodi was very knowledgeable on both topics and that ultimately lead me to consider leasing. The finance people were also very keen on helping me to obtain a lease of a 2017 sportage under terms that fit my budget. Very inviting and non-pressure to buy, although encouraged! I drove through parking lot looking at the vehicles available for purchase. I had not intended to buy, just review inventory. Jody reached out to me I drove through parking lot looking at the vehicles available for purchase. I had not intended to buy, just review inventory. Jody reached out to me with offers that existed for that day. I stated my need and expectation based on the commercial advertisements which was received initially with a positive response after Jody spoke with her manager. Overall my experience was good. The only negative I have is that the manager was not as receptive for the deal I initially asked about when I consented to buy my vehicle and insisted upon the deal. And, negotiation was uncomfortable and I no longer had any trust for the transaction. I consider this sneaky and deceptive to get me to the stage and point I was about to buy. I did get the deal I wanted and asked for in the end. Jody was excellent to deal with, friendly, trustworthy and inviting. Not my first time at the rodeo. So be aware of your needs and plans before you consent to deal with Paramount Kia. I would recommend purchasing from this dealership as long as you know your budget and have planned your dealing prior to any interaction. More
