I dealt with Roberto Del Campo upon arrival and he pretty quickly told me I needed 4 new tires, next step was confirming the shocks. Had to leave the Jeep so they could diagnose. After leaving service I walked the lot with my soon to be 16 year old and called Jody Cruce who I had some dealings with about a potential Jeep. I let him know what I was dealing with at Service, so he told me he would connect with Roberto to make sure they treated me right. When Roberto called me to give me the diagnosis, he did confirm the conversation with Jody and also the fact I did not need new shocks. That trust is essential with vehicle Service, Dekalb Tires just lost a customer that was servicing 3 of my vehicles. Thank you to Roberto and Jody. More

Do not have them deliver a car to you! They did not change the oil before sending me the car. Bought the car on March 23. Already having to replace the back tires, because the tread is gone. The sales manager hung up the phone on me when I asked him about it. Once you buy the car from them your screwed.. If you want to buy a car from this place you better look it over at the dealership period. They’re just there to make a dollar screwing you in the process is just a part of it. My car had 16,000 miles on it when I bought it literally just hit 20,000 miles an my back tires are screwed it’s a V-6 it’s not like I was doing donuts or some crap. The service you get after you buy the car is what’s most important they failed at that big time! Update! 5/28/2020. Had my challenger inspected today the back end was out of line super bad!! That’s why my tire tread didn’t last, but 4000 miles. The shop can’t even do the Alignment because somethings wrong with the back end. Causing the tires to wear super fast. I’ll find out Monday when I take it to the dealership closest to me. I don’t see how this was a Certified pre-owned vehicle!! I’m really confused about how it got certified with everything I have found wrong with it so far. So the lesson I’ve learned so far is the words certified pre-owned doesn’t mean jack diddly squat. I guess we’ll see how good this platinum warranty coverage is they offered with the vehicle. Of course I had to pay for that too. More
