I find I always pay more at the dealership but in the end it is worth the price. My truck gets fixed correctly. The quotes are upfront and honest. I find it painful to pay the dealer price but would recom it is worth the price. My truck gets fixed correctly. The quotes are upfront and honest. EMISSIONS RECALL THE RECALL UPDATE WENT THROUGH WILL NO ISSUES. WHERE THE PROBLEM LIES IS WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOT KNOWING ABOUT THE PROPER PAPERWORK NEEDED BY THE RECALL UPDATE WENT THROUGH WILL NO ISSUES. WHERE THE PROBLEM LIES IS WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOT KNOWING ABOUT THE PROPER PAPERWORK NEEDED BY THE CUSTOMER. IT TOOK FOUR (4) TELEPHONE CALLS TO GET IT SORTED OUT. MAYBE SOMEONE SHOULD OF INVESTIGATED THE INFORMATION THEY RECEIVED IN REGARDS TO THE RECALL TO MAKE SURE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT PROVIDED THE CUSTOMER WITH THE PROPER CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT. IT STARTED WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER TO THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE UP THE THE NEXT MANAGER. More
