Dinning Out ! I walked into the Service area like I was walking onto a yacht . Greeted with smiles , asked how can we help you ,told I would be called with an updat I walked into the Service area like I was walking onto a yacht . Greeted with smiles , asked how can we help you ,told I would be called with an update on repairs , witch I was . The Tech surgically removed the bad parts and installed new ones as needed ! I drive far to come here ! Thank You All! More

We bought our vehicle at the end of 2017, and since we bought it, the passenger side seat belt alarm goes off even with no weight on the seat. I mentioned it at our first service appointment and was told bought it, the passenger side seat belt alarm goes off even with no weight on the seat. I mentioned it at our first service appointment and was told she wasn't sure how much weight needed to be on the seat for the sensor. Since then, I've brought it up a few more times and each time they didn't seem to care. Only this last time, did they actually do something. Come to find out it needs a new seat cushion which will now cost me $770 to fix since its not covered under r r warranty. The vehicle is already getting close to 100k so my husband and I do not think it is worth fixing. I think after we bought it, I mentioned it to the sales guy and he told me to check with service. I will never go back to Columbia Ford/Kia for another vehicle though. More
