We had a wonderful experience in purchasing our 2012 Subaru Outback! Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted in a friendly, but non-pushy mannner. At some dealerships, you cannot even get our of Subaru Outback! Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted in a friendly, but non-pushy mannner. At some dealerships, you cannot even get our of your car before a salesman is approaching you! Our salesman, Gary Thomsen, was very thorough in explaining the features of the Outback and was very patient in answering all of our questions. He has a wonderful sense of humor as well. Mike Ward,the general sales manager, was also very helpful in answering our questions and phone calls. He quickly obtained the vehicle that we wanted. We had our new Outback in our driveway in 5 days-start to finish! Mike also has agreat sense of humor! Ed Chen,the business manager, was very thorough and patient in explaining the financial end of the purchase. We had not purchased a new car in 14 years, so we had quite a few questions! Joe Blichfeldt, is a very nice man and treats his employees with kindness and respect,so important especially nowadays. My husband especially enjoyed talking with him. All in all, we enjoyed our experience at Quality Subaru and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a Subaru-new or used. Thank you so much! You are the best!!! More

I am presently driving my ninth Subaru, with the last six being Outbacks. Prior to visiting Quality I had bought each one at a different dealership, since there always seemed to be a glitch at the dealers fr being Outbacks. Prior to visiting Quality I had bought each one at a different dealership, since there always seemed to be a glitch at the dealers from which I purchased. Then I discovered Quality: my last FOUR cars were purchased from them, and I'd gladly do it again. Personal service is the key here: they CARE!! I have never had a problem with a car which hasn't been resolved in one visit to the service department, and they are friendly, helpful, and caring. It is often pointed out that Lexus dealerships set the standard for giving customers a positive experience. Since my other car is a Lexus, I'd have to agree. However, my experiences at Quality Subaru over the last 11 years have proven that Quality can compete with Lexus in every way because they're just as good. It just doesn't get any better! More

We wanted to replace our 12 yr. old car and after researching, decided upon a Subaru. My husband test-drove at another dealership and also at Quality. He decided to bring me to test-drive at Quality researching, decided upon a Subaru. My husband test-drove at another dealership and also at Quality. He decided to bring me to test-drive at Quality, since I will be the primary driver. Gary Thomsen made the entire testing and purchasing process easier than we've ever before experienced when purchasing a new car. He anticipated many of our questions and answered everything thoroughly. When we took ownership of the car we selected he had even tabbed & highlighted sections in the owner's manual, for our convenience. After the purchase was finalized he spent over an hour in the car with us, once again going through all the controls and options, and making adjustments for our comfort. The following day he called us to see if we had additional questions that he could answer for us. There was no sales-pressure in dealing with any of the staff, but rather an earnest and energetic desire on the part of the staff, particularly Mr. Thomsen, in seeing that the customer was as well-informed as possible about the product and services, and as comfortable and at ease as they could make us throughout the entire process. It's hard to imagine, but they succeeded in making the dreaded task of buying a car a pleasant experience. If the Repairs Dept. delivers the same level of service and support, we will most likely be repeat customers. More

I have bought three cars from Quality Subaru and have been consistently satisfied by the service. Everyone has always been welcoming and helpful. The service people have always taken good care of my vehicles and been clear about their suggestions for maintenance and/or repair. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership highly. Its name, Quality, suits the company. More

We didn't like being surprised with the warranty offer on the day of purchase...we would have liked to learn about the warranty offer at the outset of the purchasing process. I was treated fairly while looking for a new car. Ralph was very personable and knowledgeable about the Subaru line of vehicles. I would recommend Quality Subaru again to friends and family if they were in was very personable and knowledgeable about the Subaru line of vehicles. Since I am a new owner of a Subaru Outback it is hard for me to give much feedback, though my initial dealings with this car dealership has been a overall good one. More

From the moment I stepped onto the Quality Subaru lot until I drove away with my used but AWESOME 2004 Suburu Forester this morning, I was impressed with the staff of Quality Suburu. Before stepping on until I drove away with my used but AWESOME 2004 Suburu Forester this morning, I was impressed with the staff of Quality Suburu. Before stepping on the Quality Subaru lot I had visited the Toyota dealer down the street, and found the staff their to be somewhat pushy. While, at Quality Subaru, Gary Thomsen was friendly, fun, not at all pushly, and very willing to let me explore the lot. We talked briefly, and then he went and got the keys to 4-5 different cars. Over the course of an hour I drove 3 of them and Gary answered, in his easy going manner, all the questions I had. A few days later I came back with my husband; so that we did not have to wait around Joe Blichfeldt personally came with us on a test drive of the 2004 Forester. I decided this was the car for me and Joe and Gary were very helpful in getting the transactions started quickly so that we could get home before company arrived. On the day I arrived to pick up the car, Karen and Justin were both very friendly and gary did a great job of getting my vehicle ready for me. I had a great experience with Quality Subaru!!! More

Not only did I get the best trade in for my old Subaru I recieved the best service and care towards my brand new 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX. Felt comfortable enough to trust them which is unusual in dealing with car dealerships. When an over site was found with my wife they readily changed it to our benefit and did not haggle over the price. We've already recommended this dealership to our friends. More
