This was my second lease with Wantagh Mazda. When the lease was nearing the end on my 1st Mazda, I knew that the only thing to do was go back to Wantagh Mazda! Remote Start We had the remote start installed in our 2018 Mazda but unfortunately it did not work right. Sometimes it would start and other times it didn’t. We had the remote start installed in our 2018 Mazda but unfortunately it did not work right. Sometimes it would start and other times it didn’t. We called the service department and spoke with Craig. He immediately arranged for us to come in and have the remote start replaced. We did this several times but unfortunately , and we don’t know why, our remote start never worked properly. I told Craig that I would just like my money back and have the system removed, He immediately said “ we just want to make you happy and if that’s what you want we will do that”. Within a week, He scheduled an appointment, we had the remote start removed and we had check in the amount that we were charged to install it. It was an absolute pleasure working with Craig and his crew.....they kept to their word and could have not been more professional! An absolute pleasure to do business with! More
