Joe went over the car we bought with us and how it works, Kenny explained the details about the loan, warranty and extended warranty and when I brought the car in for service, Gary explained in detail about the checkup and service for my car and kept me informed about what was needed and what wasn't. Joe, Kenny and Gary addressed all my concerns and questions and never rushed me through anything. I would always recommend Wantagh Mazda to anyone. More

The other dealers we went to did alot of "okay-we-can-sell-at-this-price", but all those agreements were NOT written on paper. Joe was very transparent about the pricing of the vehicle and gave myself and my father a great deal. I was told by Huntington that "you will NEVER get that price for that car". I'm glad to say that I did get my asking price and the sales person , Joe Bonavita, couldn't have been more pleasant. He greeted me with a smile and gentle way about him, he asked me what model I was looking at at the features I needed and then put all the information about the car, including, all financial info, so I could make an educated decision on the price negotiated. and guess what? He even gave me a brochure!!!! Homerun! We went back for a test drive , and while Joe was with another customer, David Chiari, asked us if we had any other questions and showed us the other neat features of the car. Upon pickup all paperwork was ready. Joe knew the features and explained the entire dash to my son and within half hour we were out of there. Pleasant, knowlegeable, and honest. This dealership is not high pressure and sneaky like others. They are very transparent and customer service oriented. A pleasure. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining the differences in all the Mazda models. At the time I had just started looking for a new car and continued to shop. During the next 6 months I returned to Wantagh another 3-4 times as I started to narrow down my decision to the CX5. David was not available for 2 of those visits and it was then I realized that not only was David exceptional but each person at the Dealership who I came into contact. Each was willing to help with any questions I had without any sense of pressure to try and sell me. It was the kind of customer experience and service I thought was long gone. After looking for several months I called David and told him I was ready to make a purchase. He said he had thought I had purchased a car already. I said I have a bit of a detail compulsion and do lots of research but more so my wife and I agreed if and when we made our purchase it would be with David and Wantagh Mazda. We looked at many dealers and other brands. No one else came close. For the value and experience you will be very happy. My family loves the CX5. I have asked David to let me know when the new CX30 arrives, it may be our second Mazda purchase this year. Thank you David and the whole Wantagh Mazda family.
