My wife and I had the most wonderful experience buying a car last week. Even though we researched many different cars on the market and decided on a Mazda3, we didn’t expect to buy one so quickly. We ended car last week. Even though we researched many different cars on the market and decided on a Mazda3, we didn’t expect to buy one so quickly. We ended up having an emergency because our much loved PT cruiser suddenly died. I called the nearest Mazda dealership which was in Wantagh and spoke to the salesmen. He was so welcoming and reassuring on the phone that I said I would only meet with him and no other salesmen, and that’s how we met Joe Bonovita. We met him at the dealership that same day and he treated us like old friends. He was helpful, sweet, patient, straight forward and true gentlemen! Even though our old car was beyond help, he didn’t take advantage of the situation and instead understood the urgency and gave us an excellent price on both our trade in and the new car. Joe made us feel completely taken care of. When we came to pick up the car the following week, we were even more impressed. Because we drove our last car for 13 years we were completely out of sync with modern car technology. Joe’s knowledge of the cars he is selling is absolutely amazing; The design, the controls and functions of all the systems was made crystal clear by him! He was so enthusiastic and so patient explaining every last detail about the Mazda3 we bought. You could really see how much he enjoys his job and loves sharing his knowledge and his product with his customers! There are milestones in your life, buying a car is one of them, and people who are part of this moment stay with you!
