I'd considered trading in my car in the spring, but decided it made more sense to look for a new vehicle now rather than pay registration fees for my current car and again for the new car in the spring. Mike was a great help. We found the vehicle we were interested in online and Mike was able to answer all our questions and give us information for that specific car. We brought my trade in a few days later. Everything was done quickly and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely recommend not only Jeff Belzer's Lakeville, but encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to talk to Mike Golik. They do a fantastic job! More

Worst service i have ever had. Brakes went out on my 2014 Sierra and almost killed me and my family less than 3 weeks after i bought it. I had to pay out of pocket to fix it. Before this i scheduled some work to be done and at 7:30am and guess what... Not a sole in site. Waited 20 min and was late to work. I wouldn't trust them. More

Good product at good price I was driving a 2013 Optima EX with all features on it and needed to get a newer vehicle. I wanted the same EX package with all the features on a 201 I was driving a 2013 Optima EX with all features on it and needed to get a newer vehicle. I wanted the same EX package with all the features on a 2018 and found out that I could no longer get the heated steering wheel or heated rear seats in the EX. Living in Minnesota you want these features since I park outside daily. I would have to step up to the SX Limited with turbo that I did not want and pay $4700 more to get these two features. This does not seem right. I had looked at another Kia dealer, did not like that particular location so I went to another Kia dealer. I went in and when we went out for the test drive, I asked the salesperson to have my trade in checked over while on the drive. I was told we can do that later. We decided on a vehicle and then they checked out mine. From beginning to end, I was in the dealership 4 hours. This just seems excessive to purchase a vehicle. Not sure if their idea is that the longer you are there, the more likely you are to buy, but 4 hours is just too long. More
