Hello friends, my name is Joe. I am originally from long island NY. I am married with 2 beautiful kids 19 and 4. We have now lived in Myrtle Beach for about 6 years, and we are loving it! I am a veteran of the US Navy and it was great. I learned a lot that I am able to contribute to my every day life. I have always had a passion for cars and trucks. I love just going for a random drive to relax; especially if its a car that I love, like my 2022 Stinger GT. I am very passionate about my job and helping people to the best of my abilities. I am not pushy at all... for a number of reasons. I like to tell my customers I am kind of like a lawyer...you tell me what you want and need and I will fight for you to get just that. Great Experience/ Highly Recommend Even though i was in search of a truck on Monday, that was just not going to happen this time around. This time i did A LOT of research on vehicles/dealerships & sales Persons & for MB Kia i kept seeing High Reviews for Joe Claudio. Asked for him soon after me & my fiance arrived on the lot Greeted by another sales man that asked if we had a person in mind. To sum it up...I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MB KIA TO ANYONE & SHOUT OUT TO OUR SALES GUY JOE CLAUDIO FOR A GREAT JOB. ALSO TO WES THE SALES MANAGER & TO ZACK McMcKeown FINANCE GUY FOR MAKING IT ALL HAPPEN!!! ALL WERE VERY FRIENDLY. NEVER ONCE WERE THEY PUSHY OR PRESSURE TO BUY A CERTAIN CAR ETC. Myrtle Beach Kia I started my deal with Myrtle Beach Kia via contacting the salesman Joe Claudio online. He was able to accurately describe the vehicle that I was inte I started my deal with Myrtle Beach Kia via contacting the salesman Joe Claudio online. He was able to accurately describe the vehicle that I was interested in and was very knowledgeable of the product he was selling. He informed me of the importance of putting a deposit on vehicles that are of interest because they may not be available for an extended period of time. Despite this, I did not put a deposit on the vehicle. A few days later I arrived to the dealership looking to drive a specific car off the lot that had sold shortly before I arrived. Although this was slightly unsettling, the dealership allowed me to test drive a similarly equipped car (to ensure I enjoyed all aspects of the vehicle). After a short test drive I knew that the car was the correct one for me. Because the car I was interested in had sold, Myrtle Beach Kia was willing to have the exact car that I wanted driven to the dealership the very next day (with under 24hours of waiting). The dealership also allowed me to drive a similarly equipped vehicle off of their lot that day until my car was ready to be picked up. Overall I am very pleased with the dealership but have the most praise for Joe Claudio who worked hard through multiple days to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted exactly as I wanted it. If it wasn't for this excellent salesman, Myrtle Beach Kia may not have received my business and I am very happy that they have. If I am interested in buying another car or have any family or friends interested I will be sure to recommend not only Myrtle Beach Kia, but Joe Claudio specifically. More
