Another Kia I took our daughter to look at a Kia Optima we saw on the MB Kia website. When we pulled up we were immediately greeted by Jo Claudio. I told him we w I took our daughter to look at a Kia Optima we saw on the MB Kia website. When we pulled up we were immediately greeted by Jo Claudio. I told him we were only looking, he was very helpful and took his time with us and no pressure. Long story short, later Thursday afternoon we bought the Optima we looked at eariler. 3 Months Later.....Still Pleased!!!!! I stopped in at Kia to look at a Stinger. The sales person who assisted me was Joe Claudio. I was clear that I was still just looking around and not I stopped in at Kia to look at a Stinger. The sales person who assisted me was Joe Claudio. I was clear that I was still just looking around and not locked in on the car I wanted. Joe was very understanding of this and did not make me feel any pressure. He simply told me all about the vehicle and I test drove it. I was impressed but still not certain. I left the dealership with a brochure in hand. Joe reached out to me and I told him I would let him know when I would return to discuss a potential purchase. When I returned, Joe walked me through the leasing options and the numbers were just right. Within an hour, I decided that this is the car I wanted .... based on the car, itself....based on the professionalism of Joe....based on the dealership interaction as a whole. Very pleased with my lease and my car. Joe Claudio made me feel comfortable with my decision....actually made me feel certain that I made the right decision. More
