They work hard to get you the deal you can live with! Have a couple of co-workers who own Kia Soul's and love them. I like the looks of them. Let me just say that my husband was after me to trade-in my car - that I loved (not a Kia) - so this was not an easy sale for Joe or the dealership by any means. We test drove one vehicle that I wasn't crazy about... Joe asked me what I didn't like about it and what features were important to me. He suggested that I might like the new Kia Soul Turbo Exclaim. I really liked that one, so we began negotiations. After a bit of back and forth, I got a price and payment terms that I could live with. Joe told me in the beginning that he would work hard to get me the deal that I wanted/needed and in the end, he did. The only disappointing part was that when I went to sign the closing/Finance papers. I realized that I had just purchased a new 2017 Kia... when i thought that I had been test driving 2018s. In the end, I really liked the car and was happy with the deal that I got so I couldn't walk away. This is my first Kia purchase. Joe was super nice to work with and took the time to show me all the features of the car to make sure I was completely happy with it before we left the lot. I must say that I was pretty impressed with their finance person too. He seemed much more knowledgeable than some others I've dealt with in the past. More
