We love our new Sportage! We went to Myrtle Beach KIA just looking at the available Mid-sized SUVs. I had looked on line and had a price in mind. Joe Claudio greeted us and showed us the 2 that most met our needs,.We left and returned a few hours later with our financing already in place and Joe took us for a test drive in the Hyper Red KIA Sportage we were most interested in, and Zach McKeown took the reins on working with our financing institution. All we had to do was wait for the negotiation between our lender and Zach to be completed while Joe entertained us. Joe was very knowlegible about NY and my husband was very interested in a trip to NY both discussing there fondness for good food! We explained what we were looking for in a vehicle which was to see if a wheelchair would fit into the back leaving the back seats up, he was very kind to show us about 4 vehicles and to help us see if they would work for us. My boyfriend is a jokester, he told Joe he needed a Diet Pepsi while he was considering buying, lol, Joe was so kind as to bring us two Diet Pepsis. Who could refuse buying from a salesman like that! Joe went out of his way to make sure we found the vehicle that would work for us. I have to say the whole experience was really good. More
