Manolo Santos patiently and professionally worked with me over a two month period to arrange the purchase of my new Mini Cooper Countryman. There was never a point that I felt pressured to proceed more quickly or to make a purchase before I was ready. I live 4 hours away from the dealership so when I finally made it to the showroom, I still was undecided as to which vehicle I wanted. I told Santos which features I wanted and he found the perfect Mini for me. We test drove the car and I knew it was the one for me. Less than three hours after arriving at the dealership, the deal was done and I was driving away in my new Mini! What a great experience. As a single woman I felt respected, listened to, and I felt like I got a very fair deal. Thank you so much Ferman Mini and Manolo Santos, I will be back in 3-4 years for my next new Mini! More
