A Truly Exemplary Experience! I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW is also due for scheduled services that are covered by warranty. The tire is not overpriced, so I decided to replace both front tires. At 37,000 miles rhey are borh almost due for replacement. Thank you to the entire Ferman BMW team! More

Manolo Santos patiently and professionally worked with me over a two month period to arrange the purchase of my new Mini Cooper Countryman. There was never a point that I felt pressured to proceed more quickly or to make a purchase before I was ready. I live 4 hours away from the dealership so when I finally made it to the showroom, I still was undecided as to which vehicle I wanted. I told Santos which features I wanted and he found the perfect Mini for me. We test drove the car and I knew it was the one for me. Less than three hours after arriving at the dealership, the deal was done and I was driving away in my new Mini! What a great experience.
