I've worked for Ferman BMW/Mini since March 2011. I have been a BMW Service Advisor, BMW Client Advisor and currrently serving as a Finance Manager since October 2016. Prior to coming to Ferman, I was a BMW Service Advisor at another local BMW Dealership for over 4 years. Additionally, I am a retired U.S. Marine Master Sergeant who served 20 years of loyal and faithful service. We Especially want to thank Sara, our direct Sales contact. She was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond helping us set up and understand our new vehicle, even 1.5 hours AFTER the dealers contact. There were a few problems with the finish on the car but Michael Stanton did an excellent service recovery. He turned an unhappy customer into a satisfied one. A new car should not be delivered with a scratch on the bumper and a 5-6 inch area of damaged finish on the drivers side door. More
